I am trying natural Vitex, it did help me ovulate this past month, we will see about next month.

Ayyaiyai! I have tried Letrozole in place of clomid ( a breast cancer med that was somehow proved to be a fertility drug as well, if you can believe it!), Bravelle injections, Ovidrel (an ovulation inducer), Ganirelix (an ovulation suppressant, ouch!!!) and Follistim (another follicle stimulating injection like Bravelle, but easier to administer)... I'm also on Cabergoline for a pituitary tumor, which is working wel, was on Bromocriptine for it before but the side effects were too gnarly for me, Progesterone (Endometrin and now something called Critone) and I just had laparoscopic surgery for my endo last month- I'm hoping with the surgery this will be our month!! We're doing our second IUI on Monday-

The drugs suck, I'm not going to lie. Hormones are out of control, I cry or bitch all the time, but I figure when I see our miracle in our arms, it will all be worth the crying, BFN's, injections, surgeries, etc...

Clomid wasn't the thing for me- we did 6 rounds and my cysts were out of control- pretty sure because of my endometriosis and my tumor! But it does work!!! I have seen that happen on this site a lot!

I'v only tried two rounds of Clomid. It didn't work for me but my friend got pregnant on first round. I had hot flashes and was very moody.

I'm taking Vitex, but I'm also taking Vitamin D and recently started taking several other vitamins and supplements. I ovulated for the first time in a VERY long time this month! I can't say there have really been any side effects with the Vitex, so its definitely something to look into if you're concerned about those.
