I don't currently have a doctor that I see regularly. My last doctor told me he believes I have a hormone imbalance. In September, after my last chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage I got really sick. Nausea/vomiting was an every day thing for me. My periods were irregular and had been irregular since May. The doctor told me he thought I had a hormone imbalance/estrogen dominance, but we never talked about any treatment because of my age. (Early twenties). My fiance and I decided to not try/not prevent in June. I had two known chemical pregnancies since then. This past month I started using progesterone cream to balance my hormones- it seemed to help with my sickness all the time. Of course, when I stopped using it on day 28 after testing for pregnancy with a BFN, I got really sick. The whole 3 weeks I was using it, I only got sick for one day. Could my sickness be the hormone imbalance, since the cream worked for that? I haven't heard or read anything about it causing nausea and vomiting. Also, since I'm just now starting to use it, should I count this June as being us having unprotected sex for a year? Or a year from last month? And does it count for a year if I was pregnant twice and had two early miscarriages? I am trying to find a new doctor and I want to bring this up, I just don't know what counts and what doesn't.

It really depends on your Dr. I also had two miscarriages and have an estrogen dominance, or had we are still testing. My DH and I have been having unprotected sex for about 3 years since our last mc. My Dr counts it as still ttc even though we werent charting etc, because we were unprotected. They usually assume you can conceive and dont count it as an infertile period if you are having mcs. Or at least my Dr did, he said that he didnt think the problem was conceiving but carrying.. now fast forward to now we have found out that I am not ovulating and I am on my first cycle of Provera (to start my period) and Clomid. Did your Dr tell you to use the cream? Mine told me that I will need to take suppositories upon conception not prior. BABY DUST TO YOU! and keep us updated when you find a dr! hope this helps.

We never really went over a treatment- doctor thought I should wait to see if my body worked things out on my own. Then he moved locations and was too far for me to travel to anymore. The two chemicals were caused because of my progesterone level being so low. I got pregnant, but my low progesterone level caused me to start my period anyway so I had a miscarriage at about 2 weeks. This happened twice. I have read that if you use the cream while TTC it will help with that. You can keep your progesterone level up long enough to take an test. If you get a BFN, then you stop the cream and start within a day or two. It seemed to help regulate my cycle a bit this past month.....
