So I was talking to my Grandma the other day and I mentioned to her about all the problems I've had with my lower back (chronic pain) for a very long time. I always thought it was because of my weight, although my weight probably has contributed to it. But she convinced me to go see a chiropractor. Well I went for a consultation Tuesday and come to find out my lower back and neck are misaligned and so I have an appt tomorrow to let em start cracking on the back lol. But he also mentioned to me that the lower part of your spine is where your nerves to your reproductive organs are located. With my spine being misaligned it could be putting pressure on those nerves so it's making it hard for my nervous system to communicate with my ovaries, fallopian tubes, etc. Then I also researched it on the web and there has been studies where infertile women received chiropractic care and became pregnant. One study was that of 15 women and 14 of those conceived shortly after. The only one that didn't fall pregnant was a 65 year old lady lol. So I'm hoping this could solve my problems or at least a bit of em. Cause after visiting the gyno my thyroid is fine and I'm not insulin resistant. So I'm not sure why I'm having as many female problems as I am. Wish me luck!!!!

Now to be honest, some of these Chiropractors and Acupuncturists and such are quacks. Be sure to find a good one though, because one that is just out for your money may say "Yeah you are out of line, but in 30 visits I can be sure that you're fixed"....noooo! A chiropractor will not "know" how many visits it will take right away to fix your problem. I found my Chiropractor online and supposedly he is the best one around here. I walked into his office and he may me lay down on that cot thing and the first thing he did was grab the back of my ankles and bend my legs back and not even 10 seconds later he's like "Yeah we found the problem" I didn't even have to tell him where I have been hurting at in my lower back he pushed down on the exact spot and said... "That's where you are out of alignment"... I was shocked!!! He told me I did qualify to be a patient of his and wanted me to come back immediately the next day but because of my work schedule I had to come today. But he says that he's not guaranteed that the misalignment is causing the infertility, but he says if I get pregnant after starting chiropractic care, we can certainly say that it played a part!!! It's a great thing to look into especially if your like me and don't want to spend and spend on all kinds of medicines. I like the more natural approach. I have United Healthcare insurance thru my job and they will pay up to 20 visits a year!!! ;)

Acupuncturist and masseuses are good too but most of them don't fix misalignments, but it is a good choice if you're wanting to reduce some stress. It increases blood flow to your organs and may help your reproductive system function better.
