I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this? Weird.

When I lay down at night my ears will have a sound from the inside out pulsating It sounds like wire cable from a ski lift or large machinery being bounced or pulled. I can also describe it as a record being scratched by a DJ. It's not constant but in intervals

I'm taking beclofen at bedtime.. Anyone??

I am also taking baclofen and when I lay down on my right side, I can actually hear what sounds like two veins criss-crossed and pulsating and it sounds like I am listening to a heartbeat out loud. Mine is also in intervals and not continuous. Weird!

THANK YOU!!! I thought I was become ill mentally and would be hearing voices soon. I hear machine gun noises when I lay down.

I had a similar experience but mine was from Ambien. My Dr. gave it to me to help me sleep when my TN attacks kept waking me up at night and then I just became to afraid to go to sleep. My heart would start beating harder and I could hear it beating in my ears. He told me to cut my Ambein into and take 1/2 of it, this helped. He said if it didn't he would switch medications for me.
My sister has typical TN also on the right side of her face and she has a lot of trouble with her ear. I didn't experience this, but she said her ear itches and has buzzing noses in it also. Strange!!

Thank you for the confirmation... If I explained this to my Neurologist he would not understand... Who is better than you guys? No one!!
