The above link.. suggest.. that Splenda may be a link to TN... Since I started using splenda the year before I got TN.. I replaced sugar with splenda in everything.. cookies, coffee.. I was using it all the time... That was the only thing I changed in my diet... My other foods were all garden vegys, fruit ,protien... and Water.. I was in great health.. Now that I see younger and younger people on here.. I was wondering if any of you used splenda? Just a thought...

I've become a fan of Stevia - check it out.
TNwife.. Me either... I'm for keeping the farmers working in the cane fields... I was close to diabetes... My doctor.. said work on it or we may need to take the next step.... I lost more weight using splenda... but it was gross.. I've gone back to sugar after my TN diagnosis... My sugar is fine.. with moderate intake... Water and a wedge of lemon is my drink of choice these days..... mmmmm refreshing!! :)
