Hi everyone. I have multiple chronic pain conditions for which I'm on disability for. I started with right ear pain ( on/off) for the past 2 years. The pain is stabbing, peircing & excruciating. My dr. said there is no infection. I'm hugely un-insured and cannot afford to see a specialist. Recently my right eye started with bad pain that feels like there's sandpaper rubbing against my eye. It hurts so bad I can't open it. I don't know what to do since I cannot afford medical care. I "make too much money" to be able to get any Assistance! I've tried & have been denied multiple times. I'm scared that this problem may get worse without being able to get help. I've called Clinics, who have all denied me help. I really need some emotional support, advice, etc... Thanks, Kathy

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
