Hello everyone, just wanted to share with everybody my experience with acupuncture. I was really hoping this would help me. So my first appointment I had to fill out paperwork just like when you go to a new doctor and they want to know your health history. I explained to the acupuncturist why I was there and I even brought him articles on TN and a diagram of the nerve branches showing which nerve branches is causing my pain. He wasn't really interested in looking at any of the sheets I brought. He was more interested in my gal stone! He was sure I had TN because of my gal stone!! Crazy! I had 3 appointments with this guy and each time he would put the needles on the tops of my feet and hands, not on my face and head! So after my 3rd visit I just never went back. I think maybe if I try again with a different acupuncturist I might have better luck. lol
Are you going back? Darci my daughter wants me to try medical marijuana and I have found a formula that puts the thc and cbc that is supposed to knock the pan out but it's tricky they say due to paranoia. It's not legal in Oklahoma so " family vacation ". lol. Heck I don't know. I get desperate at times of a big flare. Let me know how you are. Hugs.
