Trigeminal Neuralgia Support Group
Trigeminal neuralgia, or Tic Douloureux, is a neuropathic disorder of the trigeminal nerve that causes episodes of intense pain in the eyes, lips, nose, scalp, forehead, and jaw. Trigeminal neuralgia is considered by many to be among the most painful of conditions.
This condition, though symptons are generic, has a diferent remidy for everyone.
As for the dentist, I have to bush my teeth the moment when there is a lul in TN activity or tigger point sensitivity. I haven't been able to visit a dentist for 3-4 years now execpt to verrify that a TN attack wasn't an absesed tooth. (That was a painful X-ray) Just touching my lips is to much to handle.

At least TN is a great diet, I didnt need to loose but 15 lbs. I'm well past that goal and now must eat lots of ice cream to gain weight. I eat a quart a week without any weight gain-damn.
