So I was on the phone with my mom just now and i was playing with my hair. i havent pulled in about a week, and i always play with my hair, but i never pull. i pulled out a hair, but i honestly have no idea if it was pure accident (because my hair comes out really easily.) or if i did it because of my trich. I want it to be pure accident. lol. idk what i should be thinking,

I think you should just think "I need to be more aware" If you did actually pull the hair then you should acknowledge that and move on. Don't dwell or feel bad. It happens. It doesn't mean you've gone off the deep end it just means you unconsciously were playing with your hair and pulled by habit. It doesn't mean you will pull the next time you're playing with your hair... but I'd be mindful of any time my hands went to my head. No biggie... just move on. :)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
