Positive thinking and energy returns positive things to us in our life, and negative begets negative. You are on the right track, because you are a member here, reaching out for support from those who understand trich best.
Believe in yourself and that you hold the power to stop pulling, and believe you will stop, and you will.
Visiting the forum daily, reading posts and posting any of your concerns, starting a journal and setting a goal on your profile will help you in your desire to be pull free. Also reading some books on re-claiming your power and positive thinking will help in your recovery from trich.Authors such as Dr. Wayne Dyer, Shakti Gawain, Louise Hay,etc.
Maybe you could try giving yourself small rewards for every day you're pull free? Or maybe you could wear a scarf/hat more often, just to keep your hands off your head (turbans are quite chic atm ;)
We've all been there, you can get out of this slump.
