I'm a 19 years old female who is suffering from this hair pulling disease from last 5 years. I generally pull out my eyebrow's hair and just play with them by touching the blunt edge to my lips and this gives me pleasure. I tried my best to stop but I'm not able to stop myself . Plzz help me .

This group is not very active. However, in general anxiety, you'll find tips and ways to work your anxiety in a better balance naturally.

I am sorry to hear your situation and distress. I applaud you for seeking help. This kind of thing is often a way the brain works and there is help for you. I am going to give you the link to a more active anxiety in general support group that is busier. My understanding is hair pulling can be OCD, this is what my son had. It sometimes helps to get diagnosed and on medication to help with this. But you are very welcome to join this anxiety group.https://www.dailystrength.org/group/anxiety

Hi there. It looks like there are reply's on here for other support groups. I just wanted to let you know that I TOTALLY relate to you and understand what you are going through. I have strughled since I was 15( Iam 32 yes now). It seems like I have my ups and down with it and its been a struggle for me too. I believe therapy would help to find the root cause of why the eesire of pulling is there. I am seeking therapy myself. You are not alone. I hope this helps.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
