The soreness on the scalp is common after a pulling event.
Be gentle with your scalp to help it heal.
Stay strong!
The only thing I could say for support is to come HERE continually! I just discovered this site and I have a feeling it could just save my life...
Why? Because 3 months ago I decided to loose weight (20 pounds) with a view to looking better when I next get to see my son (I see him once a year, he lives/works in the US and/or Africa).
Anyway, FOR ONCE I went the healthy, sensible way about it, so I chose Weight Watchers and got onto their online help/advice/tracking tool. I was on it 'all day long' to keep the spirit. And it worked!
I was also spending hours on YouTube watching inspirational videos. It helped soooo much. For the first time in my life, thanks to this daily, continous support and inspiration, I have lost as of today 16 pounds, eating in a healthy way and the nice comments start to flow!
Today I spend lots of time on YouTube watching videos on makeup techniques etc to keep me motivated about my lash pulling struggle. INSPIRATION is my key word...
So, I counted kilo per kilo.
You count day per day.
Every day is a victory, and in both cases the end result comes with time.
Keep it up!!!!!
