Hey guys, Rachel here. I hope this group can find me some relief or helpful advice and comfort as this is my first time on here. I'm pushing 28 years old and have easily been pulling my head hair out since I was 14-15 years old within months of overcoming am eating disorder. For whatever reason I've started pulling out the top row of both my eyelashes for 4-5 months now and am so discouraged like where else from my body could I possibly pick at on top of all this ?!? I've tried therapy off and on over the past few years and feel really discouraged and like nothing truly works and fits my state of mind. I never stopped pulling even with therapy just the usual ups and downs of the tendency to pull with some days great and others a constant pull. Reaching out to whoever is listening for helpful advice or simply to know I'm not alone because even in my late 20s I can't connect with anyone on this who even comes close to understanding the urge and relief I feel from this bad habit.
