"other" hairs you pull?

Hi. I know most people with Trich pull from their scalp, eyebrows, and eyelashes. I was wondering if you guys could share other places you commonly pull from? (even the embarassing ones!)

I pull the hairs on my big toes. I've recently started pulling stomach hair. Sometimes I pull little hairs on my arms that make bumps. sometimes nose hair. My really embarassing one is that I pull nipple hair. (the kinda thing I will only admit to anonymously in cyberspace!)

And I'm very bad with pulling ingrownhairs from my pubic area. I never pull other ones, just the ingrown ones. And maybe it's a combination of skin-picking and trich, but to get the ingrown hairs out I take a pin and "dig" them out so then I can tweeze them. Usually it's not a huge deal but I have popped blood vessels a few times from hairs that were really hard to get out! Just terrible!

My boyfriend tells me to pull the hair on his arms and legs instead of the hair on my head. I tell him it's just not the same....

I pull mostly from my head, and second eyebrows, then ear/nose hair, and yes pubes. As weird as it sounds, I think a lot of us do it though, so its nothing to be ashamed of here.. but yeah the ingrown hairs mostly. Ive never pulled my lashes, well accidently once while rubbing my eyes. Every now and then i pull a hair from my legs or arms. I always tell myself why dont I pull from my legs, I don't want leg hair, lol but no I have to pull from the one place I want hair..My head..

I pull from my eyebrows and ... down-there hair, unfortunately - but not so much anymore. I used to pull from my head too, but now I just snap off my split ends, damaged hairs, etc. I try not to look at my hair because if I do it drives me CRAZY, I zone out, can't stop.....

I dig/pull with a tweezer on my stomach, pubic area, legs, and arms (if the hair is "too dark")

I started with my eyebrows, moved to my scalp and that's where I am for the most part. But when I go to the bathroom I sometimes get "stuck" there searching for ingrown hairs in my pubic region. It's super embarrising, but my boyfriend always says he'd rather me do that than pull from my head, since I just shave anyway. But, I remember when I was little that I started pulling from my stomach when I was about 3. I don't think it was trich yet because I don't actually remember pulling out a hair, just pulling at them.
Your not the only one who does it though. I think it's pretty common but it's more hush hush...

Hi K1986, I pull mainly from my eyebrows but I also pull white hairs off my head, leg hairs if they are ingrown, and pubes (ingrown too). I totally agree about there being something to do with the combination of skin picking and trich because I think that digging out the ingrown hairs with a pin is especially satisfying. It's such a relief to see the hair pop out from under the skin and then be able to pull it out with the tweezers. *sigh* You are so not alone though! I think a lot of us pull from other places.

This is what I love about the internet. It's so great to feel like your not alone in something. sometimes I just feel like a huge freak and it really helps to be able to talk to people about your dark secrets you don't tell anyone about.

aughhh almost everywhere...

MOSTLY eyebrows, scalp, lashes.

but also pubes (including nipple hair like you :\), nose, arm, and stomach. although these aren't that bad. but it seems like i pull from everywhere but my legs, and just cause i shave. scalp started more recently and it getting really, really bad :(

I pull from EVERYWHERE. Except my feet and toes. I only pull from my legs if I find hairs that I missed shaving or ingrown hairs. I pull from nipples, arms, legs, stomach, lashes (my favorite), brows, privates, nose and scalp. I don't usually pluck individual hairs from my scalp like I do other areas. I just run my fingers through my hair and let it come out on its own. If I do it long enough I can end up with a pretty good pile. My favorite spots are the left side of my bangs and behind my left ear. I learned in school that people have more nerves for fine touch in their left fingertips than their right. Made perfect sense to me!
