I am so sorry you're not feeling well, I just went through withdrawal on a different med, and it sucks.
All the symptoms you mentioned are typical of SSRI withdrawal, based on my own experience, what I've read, and the experiences of others on here. I know that probably doesn't make you feel any better, though.
When I called my psychiatrist, she said starting on Prozac would help with the withdrawal because Prozac has a very long half life (Paxil has a shorter one), so it sort of eases you into getting off it. If your symptoms continue, I would make a call to your doctor and see what he/she advises.
For now, just try to take good care of yourself. For the nausea, drinking ginger tea helps, as ginger has anti-nausea properties. I found it hard to eat when I felt nauseous, but it's important that you do eat to keep your body strong. Eat whatever you can stomach. For me, I liked cold things, like yogurt, pudding, and bland foods like eggs, toast, bananas, steamed veggies, etc. Also make sure you're drinking enough fluids, too.
Try to stay relaxed and take it easy if you can. Be kind to yourself - you're going through a rough time. But the symptoms will ease up as your brain gets used to not having the chemical in your system. It's just this period of adjustment that is difficult.
