Hey, I'm danielle I'm 16 and have been pulling since I was 10. It got better for a little while, but now I'm getting progressively worse. I get the urge to pull during school all the time, and its extremely embarrassing. At one point a while half dollar size section of hair was missing in the front of my head. I'be gotten better ever since I found out that I was pregnant with my little miracle baby boy, Tyler. He makes me want to be the best mommy and I stopped pulling for him. But its gotten a lot harder because of the stress of being 26 weeks pregnant and still in high school. People talk and stare and the only thing I know to do is pull. I'm here to meet people like me cause I've never met anyone with TTM before. I thought I was the only one.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. Welcome to the Trich support group!
Best wishes on a safe and happy pregnancy!
You are in school to graduate and make your future better for your self and little one.
You can keep being strong, hands down, and by releasing the stress through walking, keeping busy, and smiling when people are looking at you.
Leave the looks where they start at, not your problem.
If people are talking, just smile and keep moving.
Best wishes!
You are definitely not alone!
if people stare at you, just smile and nod because you know that you have a huge amount of supporters here!
If you decide you want to be pull free - you can do it!! When I started I thought I couldn't but now i know I can!!!
Keep yourself healthy and happy, you have something much more important to think about than those idiots at school!
