Yes, I know you probably don't want to hear it, but you do have trich. Hair pulling is in many forms, so some people don't exactly think it's anything bad, just a bad habit. But that's what causes many to hide and not go get help, and for them I feel sorry. Trich. is a very nerve- racking experience that never seems to go away. I'm happy to know it isn't noticeable yet, though! I would recommend keeping your hands busy, though, just so that your hair will stay that way! Stay strong!
If you find that you have urges that makes you want to pull it out that is one sign.
Otherwise it could just be a nervous habit to play with your hair. There is a difference.
If you are able to find something else to fiddle with in your hands, there for leaving your hair alone then I would say you don't have Trich.
If you just started this and you do find that you have the urges then read on here for tips to overcome those urges. If you are just starting you should be able to learn to not rely on pulling to deal with your emotions (stress, anxiety).
Read all Crzy's suggestions and stay on this group and you will find help and encouragement!!
eventually it gets noticeable and then it is hell - so try and deal with this before it gets too out of control - don't ignore the issue because it isn't noticeable. It's great you found this site. Good luck! xxx
