Okay so i came on here like a year ago and then completely forgot about it, but iv been pulling since i was 10 and i recently turned 20. However no one knows iv been pullinh iv always told people its alopecia because iv been embarrassed. And i cant seem to give a reason as to why i do it like its just habbit like when im bored i just do it. But now my parents are going through a divorce and iv gained a lot of weight i want to like better myself and while in isolation i want to like start over and help myself (if that makes any sense) a bit like a cleanse and a fresh start since i will be moving in a few months. I was wondering if anyone wanted to snapchat or something like actual friends and really help support eachother? And if anyone has any tips on stopping pulling pleaseee let me know!! Hope your all doing well in this tough weird times xx
