I was 9 months pull free...

I went 9months pull free... Until today. :( I'm so hurt!

from march 25- may 31st i was pull free (relatively, a few strands here and there mid-way streak)
but now its back to normal. no bold spots, cause my hairs heaps thick.

my streak went a lil something like this (estimate)
2 weeks no pulling no touching
then just touching, feeling around
accidental pull
occasional pull (1-3 on bad days up to 6-7) on random days
stopped recording days because it felt worthless
back to normal

what to do, what to do.

Sorry to hear this - I can understand how upset you must feel. You did very well to get 9 mths pull free in. Don't let this bring you down any further. Tomorrow is a new day, and you will get back on track again. You did the right thing by coming on the forum rather than getting into a further downward spiral by staying away.We are here for you and we understand as others can not. I am really struggling too right now, with days of being pull free and then days of pulling,and it is frustrating. But I know I can stop pulling, and so can you. After all, I have had long bouts in the past of not pulling, and so have you. We can do this together ! Message me any time.
