its okay girl. :) i know it feels like the end of the world, but you gotta look how far you've come. i pulled after a little over 2 weeks and i was devastated. i know how you feel.. you felt like it was gone then all of a sudden that one hair came and you pulled and reminded you what it was all about again.. just keep your head up and remember how well you did and surpass it this time! :)

That's so annoying for you. I've had to accept that I might be fighting this thing for the rest of my life. You should join the beating trich group, the support and tips are amazing.

4 months is amazing! Congratulations on that achievement! I had a weight loss coach tell me not too long ago that I was making a BIG mistake by negating all of my positive work by dwelling on the small negatives that I did along the way. Because I'm a trich sufferer too, I know that even a single hair pulled does NOT feel like a 'small negative'. I felt the same about my weight loss struggles every time I relented and ate a cookie. The thing I agree'd with though, is that your negatives DO NOT negate the positives. Just make sure you spend more time thinking about how great your strides have been then the few times you were weak. I think that balancing act, although difficult, is so important to master in any journey in life. So, I say to you....WOW, what an AMAZING job you did to hit that 4 months mark, keep up the good work sista!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
