No one is going to be looking at you, and if they do, let them look. Smile and enjoy the summer.
You are strong, and you're doing fine.
Maybe swim with your hair in a ponytail, that might make you feel less self conscious. But mideyebrow is right, go ahead and swim and enjoy!!
People are probably going to be more focussed on enjoying their swim so I shouldn't worry too much :)
I have a similar problem as I swim regularly but I usually put my hair up in a ponytail and have a lot of bobby pins to keep my hair in place and it seems to do the trick. No one around me says anything or seems to notice. :)
Hope this helped :) xxx

I also haven't told my husband, or anyone for that matter. Like you only family knows because I was 6 when I started, but it is never discussed. Sounds like everyone who 'fessed up had a really positive, supportive experience. I'm such a chicken....
I have eyebrows, but I have very few lashes, and I've found that the waterproof gel eyeliner from cheryn.com stays beautifully. Perhaps you could use that on your eyebrows.
Please don't let this keep you from swimming. I have a shaved head and cannot hide my bald patches, but I'll be wearing a ridiculous-looking swim cap and enjoying myself anyway. Just have fun! :)
