everyone will have diferent advice - I don't think there's a one size fits all remedy. For me - meds and therapy have never worked. For me - I have found that staying busy, and being around people as musch as possible will limit the amount of time that I pick. When alone in the car, or in my office, or watching TV I will pick uncontrolably. Yet, if I am excersizing, or if I'm around people I find that I pick much less. It's a catch 22 though, because if you have pulled your hair to the point where it looks bad, you will avoid being around people, feel stressed about your hair, and pull more and more. It's a terrible cycle that is very hard to break. Try to surround yourself with people who are willing to help and understand. and don't hide out alone!

Im ready to start...
