i wanted to badly to pull last nite, and so i got in the shower, and then just laid there on the shower floor and let the hot water hit my back. it relaxed me and i didn't have a urge afterwards!

My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart.
