why do they say she is to young I took care of a 2 yr old in a toddler class when I worked in a preschool that was dx with it. some people do benefit from drug therapies, either alone or in conjunction with cognitive-behavior therapy, The internet is a great place to find out many thing on this, I hope you find her help. forgive my profile, i just joined and trying to upload n figure out..i developed trich as a toddler, now 39..my mum has had it as long as i can remember...it concerns me the doc says too early to diagnose.. im not a doc but ive lived with this alwys..if the hair is being pulled out to me its trich..my son in kinder did it too but we kept his hair buzzed and it went away and counsseling..play therapy... sometimes a distraction like silky headbands or hair wraps help...bobby pins helped alot but she may b to young...bracelets something she can put her fingers on instead of hair..plz contact me if you need any advice.. i truely understand & its so wonderful for you to get her help and advice..when long ago it was simply ignored...much hope, jeny
