I no longer focused on what I thought should be there but apreciated what was there. In time, I was able to have the body I wanted which ironically was not even close to the one I had been obsessing about.
I had to realize that I was never going to get a new body, that this body was the only one I had, yes I could change it but it was still the same body so it was best if I accepted it then
Another thing, I also realized that it was my own thinking that was getting me depressed, so I stopped.
Last but nevertheless important, once you stopped feeling bad about your body, the comments will stop but if anyone says anything negative about it, it will not matter because your opinion is the only one that matters.

I'm trying to become comfortable with myself, but it's really hard. I'm trying my best.
When people say things to you that are detrimental and you get upset, then you allow their words to have more power than your own. Why? Do they know more than you do?
I knew I was a guy even when I went to the gynecologist and I was having a pap smear, I knew i was a guy even when I got told I was such a pretty girl, the few isolated times I heard it mind you.
What am I saying? Either you know you are the gender you say you are or you are not, then nothing anyone can say or do will ever change it. It is not the outside that matters, it is how you see yourself that makes all the difference.

Things are a bit better now, but I still have to deal with the lower parts being incorrect. It is hard to deal with at times, but you know, I live in this body, so I am taking care of it, as best I can, in hopes I will be able to adjust things as time goes on.
