I mean I am Post as well but know you're a woman if you identify as one. She probably went post for the wrong reasons.

Only time will tell, wither she made the right decision. Since we are on the topic about girls within our community, the part that really gets me, is when some of them go on the Jerry Springer or Maury show, the worst shows for anyone who is transitioning, to go on.

agreed with you both, there are many of close minded people. I Have heard something thing said with various topics.

I have thought of posting online in transgender groups as a female, but I got yelled at that if I'm not living as a girl in real life, I don't have any right to call myself male to female, and that it's just "gender dysphoria."

So now, I either claim to be a girl in non-transgender online communities and never let anyone know the truth about me... or I just take the bullet and say I'm technically male, but explain how miserable I am being male at every occasion.

As a result of this attitude, I find myself preferring ordinary online communities where I can imagine that I'm just a normal girl in a fantasy world I build up. Having to talk about the pain of being male in every other post, while not being able to call myself a girl, is somewhat depressing.

I wanted to address a comment to jeremy here.. be true to yourself, never mind what people may think or say about you. When it comes to transition, remember that everyone around you transition as well.

In my opinion, you are whatever you identify as, no matte what it may or may not say on a silly legal document. You're not a piece of paper, and the people who created those documents don't know you; so who're they to say whether you are or aren't as you feel yourself to be?

As for feeling miserable dressing as you identify, I can actually understand that one. It can be tough feeling comfortable dressed as you identify when your physical body fails to reflect that identity very visibly - as mine did back when I bore DDD breasts( I identify as male). Not everyone feels a need for operations; or can afford them, in order to transition; but that doesn't mean they are any less the gender they identify as. Just because some document has yet to be corrected doesn't nullify your identity, surgery or no.

The key thing is to find the point where you feel comfortable and accepting of yourself in your own skin, no matter what anyone else says. Who are they to judge anyone else? Just remember, they're words are just words - based in ignorance or pain of their own. You know how you identify. Brush the crap off and keep stepping.

I am sorry I am getting in to it late, but what is a BC? I love being a woman, and have had it hard when I go to the stores. Sometimes I m not wearing make-up, but I m in women's clothes, and they say sir, I jump all over them. My license DL states Female, my name is now Emily Marie, so why do they call me Sir!? I get in the truck and cry. I even cry to my partner,( we are still married) she does not want me to ever go back to male. I have been so calm, as female. My temper is really not there anymore. I do get angry putting on make-up, and getting up early to do that before work. When I was a guy, I was dressed and out the door in 30, now it takes one and a half hour, Oh well. I have not bitten my nails since April, wow are they sharp. Am I stuck-up? I hope not. I am sorry I have not wrote to you all, it has been so busy here, and I was down around Christmas, non of my relative's would talk to me. I really hate the holidays. Those of us who identify as nonbinary, we're just outta luck entirely, I guess?
