Transgender Support Group
This community is here to support and help the large population of transgender people. If you or anyone you know identify as transgender, this is the place to share your feelings and experiences and speak with others who are going through similar things in their lives.
You say you are too young to be thinking about these things but you do say how old you are. What really matters is what you think of it.
But before you decide to jump on the transgender bandwagon, it would be prudent to get diagnosed by a qualified therapist who specializes on these matters just to be sure that is what is going on here.
However, I do not understand why you mother would prohibit you from hanging out with girls, that makes no sense to me but what do I know?
For now, what is most urgent is to get diagnosed properly so you can then decide where to go from there. As an aside but equally important, it is crucial that you stop hating your body, I know it is not the body you would like to have but when it is all said and done, you are not going to get a brand new body, it will be the same body minus a few tweaks, so you might as well start now. Why? It will make your transition a hell of a lot easier.

Like the others have said, go see a gender specialist. A qualified gender specialist can help determine where you actually are in the spectrum of gender identity, and help you decide where to go from there. That includes helping your parents and other family members understand better and hopefully reach the point where they can actually accept you for who you are.
There is no magic wand,so be patient.
I wish you the best of luck.
Our family doctor had told my wife and I that we need not worry because everything would be handled in a professional manner. The next thing I new he ( she ) was taking female hormone. In Canada we seem to have the "McFries" way of dealing with any serious health issues. They just shuffle you through with little concern. I guess at the age of 24 ( our child ) our help and guidence was ignored by the medical community. Parent involvement and education regardless of age is so important for the whole family to grow with the new changes. I hope your parents will get involved in a positive manner for your best interests.
