that is the one I had my family read (the ones willing to). I had come out to them already it was just to help them understand exactly what it meant and what I was going through. My doctor had recommended it to me for that reason. As far as how to come out, that is very individualized, in my case, I just told my mom as she knew I was going back into therapy again. She kept my secret and didn't let on to anyone until I told her it was okay. I spent a lot of time talking with my niece about various things and she is one of those people that is "people should be able to be themselves no matter what" So coming out to her dad (my brother) and my other siblings I asked her how to, she offered to tell her dad for me, he then told my other sibling who called me and asked questions :P so I took a few different methods. The all got a copy of the book, and I know a few of them read it and in the end they better understood exactly what it was I had been and am going through.
I actually like cats, but i still think they are evil in fur :P
