I've found very limited information on this through google searching. All I've found is a source saying that you still ovulate while on testosterone, so even if you don't get periods, it's still possible to get pregnant. I don't know how viable this information is, though.

The best way to find out will be to speak to your endocrinologist that is treating you if you have any. However, biology will tell you that the absence of a period indicates that there is no ovulation taking place because the testosterone lowers the production of estrogen.
However, if there is an underlying condition such as fibroid tumors or endometriosis, for instance, you will still have period but not necessary be ovulating because the ovaries may become atrophied from the growing tissue surrounding the ovaries as it was in my case when I went to have a total hysterectomy.
Nevertheless, chances of getting pregnant or not, safe sex should be practiced at all times.
