I didnt even no I grided my teeth just found out today.. got a mouthguard and a durg story one 25$ but I also called my dententis he said if it that cheap on dosent help to come see him and that he'll call in a week or 2.. I dont know if I can sleep with something in my mouth! but I need to my neck and head and temples are all messed up..
eh this is all so new..

hey meme88 I grind my teeth and the dentist thinks i may have tmj. Its horrible i have chipped and damged a good few of ny bottom teeth already! My wisdom teeth are also coming through too so that doesnt help i have teerible pains in my neck and ears and my jaw is so sore all the time :(
I hear ibuprofen is good for the pain? I havent tired anything yet but i will be doing in the next day or two cos i cant cope with the blindin head aches and aching jaws
