was up researching on night while sitting up late with pain and ran across a external brace. I dont tolerate mouth guards or splints at all. Has anyone tried one of these? the one i found was designed and distrubuted by a company called TempOrthotics. If you havent' heard of it look it up and let me know what you think.

I will definately have a look. That's funny because I was just recently trying to dream up a way that I could put something on my face, like a weight or something to help keep my jaw slack. I willing to try different stuff to see if it will help. Thanks for the tip.

Braces are not a big problem, today many fine braces are available in the dental field and many good affordable plans for it.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
