I just came back from a week in Bali, totally relaxing and doing nothing much at all (I live in Perth, Western Australia).
I noticed the whole time I was on holiday I had no jaw pain or symptoms at all.......now my first day back at work and I can feel it coming back again slightly. I am trying to stay relaxed and hope this helps.
Amazing how stress affects us.

Debski I too have found this to be the case and I finally figured out what it was.........sitting at a desk and driving. Both of those are essential to life these days but those are what cause me quite a bit of pain. Those are also the 2 things I don't do much of when I'm on vacation..........ohhhhhh if we could all just live on vacation;)

Floridakris, I totally agree, I think its sititng at the desk all day that is definitely a big contribution but I can't afford to give up work unfortunately. Yes if only we could be on vacation all the time hehe

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
