Some days are better and some days are worse. I think a lot of it has to do with stress, the sleep we actually get when we get it, diet, they also say caffine, tobacco use, asprin, alchohol can all increase this. I cut out caffine and alchohol this year and have gone to a manesium and pottasium rich diet. It seems to help some but not always. I think stress is the bigger player for me.
As soon as I go to sleep it subsides and I can't hear it.
Wake up in the Morning and I still can't hear it.
Sit at the PC and it starts up.
Why isn't this symptom not more public?
I think there will be a cure for the current generation as they will be the highest percentage with Tinnitus due to the volumes of night clubs and most of them only enjoy music if it can be heard a few houses down.
