A type of dizziness and vertigo is felt as a move in a person's relationship to the normal enviroment or a sense of movement in space. Dizziness and vertigo are often used interchangeably but they are not the same thing, that would mean all vertigo is dizziness, but not all dizziness is vertigo.
Vertigo is the feeling that describes an illusion of movement. And vertigo is an abnormal sensation and most often associated with an inner ear problem. The sensation is that you will feel like you are spinning or the world is spinning around you. When people feel as if they themselves are moving, it is called 'subjective vertigo', and the perception that their surroundings are moving is called 'objective vertigo'. Also, nausea is normally associated whith vertigo (not dizziness).
A person with tinnitus commonly experiences 'tinnitus dizziness' but this symptom should not be shrugged off just that. If dizziness occurs regularly and even severely it may cannot a serious problem. This condition may be brought about by sinusitis or hypertension and these can't simply be ignored. It's important for you to ask and consult with your doctor whether you have any serious condition like hypertension. There may be times when the person experiences disequilibrium and it must be noted that the inner ear is responsible to maintaining the equilibrium.
Vertigo and dizziness are also symptoms possible health conditions, aside from tinnitus. There might be a serious concern that can easily be remedied. If you are experiencing tinnitus dizziness more frequently and more intensely that ever, then you would have to consult a physician about it. Dizzeiness may merely be a part of tinnitus but it could also be something serious and to ignore it would lead you into more serious complications.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? I too at time have had it going up things or walking down a warm hall when working at a school.
Today, I woke up with such a high pitch,in my right ear, I am getting a "dizzy" from that, then the anxiety sets in making it worse. My mornings tend to be bad, today iw really bad.
