One thing i learned with T is: there is NO "sound" AT ALL. T is not a sound, T is a thought. is a way of hearing everything. In other words, putting a bit of T on every single thing you hear. T, by itself, is a thought, i can asure that becuse i've been too much focused on my right ear along this years that eventually i've been able to "hear" it on my left ear as well.
Once, i've COMPLETELY forgot about it for a entire year after a lot of bad stuff happened, times of brutal change in my life.
All of the sudden, i can hear it again. I perfectly remember the time that i could listen it again, i was with a bit of anxiety, and boom. After 4 or 5 months, here i am.
Although, i've found a solution.
Put this on your head: THIS IS NOT A SOUND. I CREATED IT, I MANAGE IT, AND I CURRENTLY CAN THINK ABOUT IT AND EVENTUALLY "HEAR" IT.
"Trying to force a thought out of your mind is the same as trying to smooth water with a flat hand"
You gotta FORGET HOW YOU DO TO REMEMBER IT.
Keep questioning yourself: - How were it? I completely forgot. . . I dont really need to remember tho.
Keep pretending but with WILL and BELIEF.
That's it.
I still "suffer" with it sometimes but its not that terrible anymore.
MUSIC HAS HELPED ME ALOT.
Im willing to help ANYONE who tries to contact me. I wish you good luck and please, try doing different things on your life, try exeding your limits, PUT GOOD THOUGHTS AND MEMORIES above the T thought, try to meditate as well, DONT TRY TO CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS.
