Havent heard about it, but after reading about it, it seems like its very similar to being Neuromonics, that is unless Im missing something as far as information.

$45,000. for a study to test dose- and schedule-dependent effects of D-cycloserine
$45,000. Voxel based morphometry (VBM) is a neuroimaging analysis technique that allows investigation of focal differences in brain anatomy.
$10,000. to a student research project aims at developing an innovative 3D computer aided diagnostic (CAD) system to pinpoint the exact locations of the tinnitus-related neural network activities inside the brain auditory structure.(personaaly I really think this study should be given a lot more).
The ATA recieved how much in donations this year and released a statement of grants that totaled "202,900.00". Now I know why I never donate to these large organizations.
And I didn ot see anuything on thier site promoting this SoundCure device.

I took part in their beta testing with a web-based application. This sounds a bit different, but, I do know they were motivated to develop something they could market.

Its all about the money. I dont see any company out there offering free sound therapy.

According to the ATA article Fan-Gang Zeng,PHD, UC Irvine received a grant from ATA of $138,000 for a 2yr project from 2008-2010. Supposedly they developed S tones that may be helpful for T. I have no idea how much it may cost. In the article it states that a Soundcure device is "affordable" which is neither here nor there.
