It looks like you are about to start the 2nd phase of the treatment, correct?
Do you have to use the device to sleep, or is the lower tone just not as annoying as the original?
Xanax gives me about 5 hours straight sleep, even on the really rough nights.
But, when I wake up before dawn, getting back to sleep is very difficult if not impossible.
And, if it's not a bad day to start, I can't take the chance and fall back to sleep or it will become a bad day.
It just seems that the pitch/tone/loudness have lowered. on a scale, I'd say it went from a 9 to a 7.5. still bad, not as bad. I ate alot of salty foods and drank a bottle of Boones Farm (classy huh) the other p.m. and my T was an 11. as Buffett says, "it's simply complicated"
