Most people will notice T increases when they open their mouth very wide. Clearly, there is some physiological element to the T--not just neurochemical.

I'm sorry it took me so long to see your replies. Yes, This stretch took away my tinnitus and more. I'm trying to finish a page about this for my blog. I have too much going on right now! I have a condition called auricular pit on the back of my earlobe which exuded a very stinky substance. It has cleared up as well. So, all I can figure is we all need to work on the drainage in our head. I'll let you know about the blog page. Take care, make sure you read the warnings at the bottom of the blogpage. Yes, Sandra, your hands should rest at the sides of your body.
