When the whistle blew and never shut up I was here morning, noon, and night and in between for support, to be supportive, and collect research. This was in spring 2006. The good news is that I function mostly fine and the bad news is that the whistle remains the same. The constant reminder that tea's ready alarms me not so much as it first did and me and the tea pot can co-exist well enough together. I'm okay and I hope that you're okay. There are many friends that used to correspond regularly a few years ago that are strangers today. How are you?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
He has taught me the art of possitive thinking and distraction which has helped me get on with my life. There are many factors in learning how to cope with this affiction and to learn to live again.
I have tried meds and experimented with foods and other numerous things. But to get on with it the best you can, to keep busy, and not to think your life is over is extremely important.
Find a hobbie, laugh, sing, take a walk, and think of one good thing that has been good each and every day.
God bless this site and it's teachers.
Hugs to all,

John, you crack me up from time to time, and your writings are often a source of entertainment.
Humor is a good healer. To paraphrase attester, "You can only make the best of it, knowing that life is sweeter by offering support in lieu of..."eating Christmas cookies." I ate two for breakfast today, and the sugar is doing its work.
