God, I hope so. With the recent increased tinnitus screeching and losing my job last week, I don't know how much more I can take.
I've seen my family doctor and two ear specialists so far, and all the advise I received was "learn to live with it and you need to get therapy right away". One ear doctor actually has tinnitus, although I'm sure not to the extent that I do.
