I try a product shortly before bed so if my T goes off, I can go to bed soon. I also make a lot of stuff on my own using natural ingredients like people used to do before there was so much packaged food. It's healthier for me, not really that difficult, and I don't have to worry about my T going off. : ) There is plenty to eat if you eat REAL food instead of packaged food. : )
