Yes good news. I am one of those who believe that tinnitus is an electrical problem, so an electrical solution sounds reasonable. Lets hope for good results in the trials.

Where is is mentioned they are doing trials in Belgium--wouldn't surprise me, I just am not seeing it.

I am hopeful for this company and it's approach.

Maybe they are on to something. It looks like one step closer to finding out which kinds of T. this will work for. But as they said they are not sure what will happen.

It does feel good to know someone, somewhere is working on some thing.

A reason I'm hopeful of this is because I've had neuropathic pain for about 10 years (used to think it was pretty bad until the big t arrived). I spoke with several people that have a spinal cord stimulator implanted in their lower spine. This sends an electrical signal up the spine and relieves pain in all parts of the body. Many people report that this works. I thought about getting this installed for chronic burning sensation pain I have from a neck injury but decided against it because I can deal with this neuropathic pain. If something like this was available for my brand of t, I'd be camping out for days to be in the front row for treatment.
