I was fortunate enough to go to a Veterans Hospital and was given hearing aids with tinnitus maskers. I am a Vietnam vet and and have high frequency hearing loss, but my T only started 6 months ago. It is down about 50% and I am looking for the day for 90 to 100 releif. I have been wearing them almost 24/7, even sleeping with them. I think they are helping. VA also gave me a book with 2 CDs and the book is full of information. The book is called "How to Manage Your Tinnitus." I have not completed the all of the book or CDs, but I wanted to share some of the websites the book has as resources. A lot of the sites are for products to mask T while you try to sleep.
