Is there any women here who has T & going through menopause, tried the herb Macca to ease her menopausal symptoms.
I have read that it's a great alternative to HRT but am very wary about taking anything in case it increases the level of T.

I have decided to try the herbs VItex & Rehmannia. Both are hormone balances & used in menopause. Rehmannia is a chinese remedy that is used for T. as well.
May take up to 3 months to kick in but I'm prepared to give it a go.
Wish you luck with the herbs in getting relief from t.
I haven't yet tried the macca. From what I've researched it works on the pituitary gland & hypothalamus to maintain a hormonal balance the same way vitex & rehmannia do. Will try the over the next few months & hopefully get some relief
Only responding to "Darkson" remarks. Not aware of the benefits of Macca.
Thats the only reason I take Macca. I cant take viagra or most over the counters(caffiene, etc). Viagra gets you hard but if you're hard with no desire then its pointless too me.
Seriously, what ever works to help with any problems is great.
