I just had a bad incident where I almost passed out. I had taken Zestril and the rest of my medication this morning along with those was a diuretic that also lowers blood pressure by removing sodium form your body. I was sitting on the recliner and broke out into a sweat all over and I became dizzy. I made it to the bathroom and my wife took my shirt off and got me a cold washcloth. I sat there for about 15 minutes and checked my blood pressure. It was 91/67 with a pulse of 53. Funny thing I was reading about blood pressure medication online at the time. My tinnitus started after a similar incident where I did pass out for a few seconds, and I think it was from lowered blood pressure. I have been taking blood pressure medication for over 10 years and had just doubled my medication at the time of onset of tinnitus. Just thought this may be worth a discussion.
