Hi, how are you? Try and enjoy the day with your daughter and grandchildren! Do you take any anti-anxiety meds? I think I'll be asking my doctor for them one day soon. I'm trying not to, but there are just days when anyone in our position can't control how we feel and we lose a grip on things. The mind can be cruel sometimes on how it plays tricks on our bodies and makes us think the worse at times... If there's a relaxation method you can do, give it a try. For me, talking with loved ones help, even though I know they do not completely understand what you are going through, but it helps to have company around. I find being alone can make you feel, well, alone and empty, at least for me it does. Having my kids around and when my wife works from home really relieves some or most of my anxiety. I hope you can find some peace today and try and enjoy your time with your family! Take care.
The outing was nice, fun too, however, I did not mention my daughter lives in a mountainous region, yikes. So, on top of it all I had popping ears too on this trip too.(chuckle)
My daughter, now 28 had numerous ear surgeries when she was a little girl, now too has ringing ears, so she completely understands the distress it can cause.
Then yesterday, her little one age 3 had to go to the doctor for a bad ear infection, yikes "ears ears ears!!!
Unfortunately the humming, by the way not mumming, in my ears,is still with me. Loud and annoying every morning for a few hours, then it slowly kind of wears off.
Whats up with that, I don't know! It does concern me a bit, but I still am giving the "new" symptom a chance to go away.
Thanks again
Patty Lynn
I am going to post some photos of my family, (cute little grandboys, age 1 and 3

Hi how are you? Glad you were able to enjoy your family outing! It really helps to be out and about with family of friends.
Strange with the humming noise. I recently started waking up in the morning with a strange humming, almost reverberating woosh noise/hum in my ear. As I get up from bed though, it slowly faded to be replaced with the high pitch eeee. There are mornings were my T is low--- happy mornings but they are short lived as they turn high again an hour later... :(
But anyway, hope you can get to hang out with your family and friends more often. For me, that's one of the best treatments for my T. Hope you find some inner peace ! Prayers to you and others!!!

Door alarms in stores, when activated, are number one.
I walk away or out.
Recent leaf vacuum use without plugs brought bavk the CENTER LINED eeee in my head.
It settled down in a few days.
I carry ear plugs in my truck, set in my room, living room (vacuum) and
an extra set for traveling.
Docs advice was best. Ignore it.
Dont document it.
Dont stop to listen to it.
Go on with things.
Since then, i get better sleep.
I sleep through the night, to a point.
