Everyone says this is normal and it's probably happened all my life but in my case that's not the story. It's only happened since my tinnitus started. There is a connection there.
It sure is odd how T manifests itself in different ways. I wonder what causes its tones to go up and down especially when I am just sitting still. I can reason if I was leaning over, or very upset for example.
Now I think if I don't let myself get hungry to let my sugar drop, don't get overtired, don't drink coffee on a empty tummy, don't get upset, or sneeze (chuckle) maybe it will just lay low. But saddly my attempts are not working to good, as my T seems to have a mind of its own. I honestly can't even say when my BP is high my T is worse, since I have T at times when my BP is normal.
I think I am over thinking it all, but as many of you know, it sure is hard to get used to, not think about at times and just feels "not right!"
Still hoping my T, gets better, but for now finding ways to cope and carry on content, and be able to work too, is what I need to do.
Taking advice from others that experience this disorder, as well as from my doctor, and thankful for your support, praying too, and I will keep you all in my prayers as well.
