It sounds promising but I wonder how long it will actually take to become a viable option for use due to the many years it often takes to do research and clinical trials. It sounds good.

But what are they going to do about it.

Build a device, or come up with a medicine.

just finished reading this thing, does my understanding suck or is this article extremely unclear, they say that they observed changes in tinnitus measurement using their device.. why don't they just tell us what the patient is saying? is he still experiencing the T? are they claiming to have eliminated the t? i just don't get it....

Scientist now have plenty of ways to see tinnitus in the brain so thats not really new. The mentioned magic sound device is interesting but hardly mentioned.

This talks a little more about it but again it doesnt really say what it is.

it looks promising, i guess it's just a matter of time before a cure is made available.... let's hope and pray to the gods for it to happen

All we really know about it is that it uses headphones so this "relief solution" must be noise of some sort. I mean that is all a headphone can do right? So the question is why does this noise need to be distributed through audiology clinics? Why can't we just download it directly?

Things that make me go hmmm.
