Since you just got, you should try the hyperbaric chamber.
Necomers, have had some positive results, trying it a couple of times.
There have been a number of studies conducted and I would site them but it is beyond the scope of this blog. I'm not writing a paper. I'm simply conveying my life with tinnitus. So here is what I have found. Basically there is enough evidence to show that some patients of tinnitus do benefit from hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment for tinnitus. Studies ranged from 60 minutes in a chamber at pressure and breathing high oxygen, to 1 year of treatment. In most cases about 33% of patients experienced improvement. Not cure. Most sufferers experienced no change. Very few patients experienced a worsening of the tinnitus. The theory is that the pressurized oxygen is able to improve blood flow to the middle ear.
I discovered pressurized oxygen helps reduce my tinnitus for a few hours after I scuba dive even before I knew about the hyperbaric chamber research. Experiencially I agree with these studies. Some people do get better. It has worked for me. All tinnitus is different. What works for me may not work for other people.
