Oh, btw, it cause my Meniere's symptoms, including tinnitus to get a little worse. But it's worth the caffine to stay awake.
Coffee, wine, soft drinks. They all can potentially cause our T to spike a little but it's temporary and a very minor issue as I see it.
I wouldn't let T keep you from enjoying your morning coffee, your evening wine, or soft drinks when you want one. T is bad enough, don't sacrifice these wonderful, small pleasures anymore than you have to.
For me, wine makes my T spike significantly, much more so than coffee of Coke, but again, I've gotten over it and now enjoy wine to the fullest! Just as I always have. Don't deny yourself Coffee if it's something you enjoy.
On the other hand, I also enjoy rock concerts, but THAT has absolutely come to an end. I now avoid ANY music louder than my speaking voice at all cost.
So you have to pick and choose the changes you make.
Caffiene.. not a big deal.
Loud volume of anykind.. run!
And loud music? Absolutely stay away from it.
